Our corporate philosophy clarifies the existential value and shared values of the Toagosei Group for the future. It contains the following commitments.
- We will continually tackle new challenges in the creation and provision of new value through the chemicals business with an eye on the future of customers and society.
- We will contribute to a better world through our indispensable role to customers and society based on the trust earned from society for the value we have created.

We will continue to challenge ourselves.Building on the technologies we have acquired thus far, we will strive to enter new fields to provide the sort of value that only we can offer.
We will never stop moving.We will recognize the various changes in the world around us and be a societal leader through the power of chemistry, conducting ourselves as a company that co-exists with the people of society.
This declaration consists of three paragraphs, with the first paragraph concisely expressing the meaning of the corporate philosophy. The second and third paragraphs indicate the determination and volition to actualize the corporate philosophy, and incorporates the following belief.
- We possess strengths in product development and technologies unrivaled by our peers. In order to continue providing our proprietary values that differentiate us into the future, we will keep on harnessing our accumulated strengths and constantly challenge new areas without fearing the risks or failure.
- We hope to be indispensable as a leader in developing an enriched society through our chemicals business. In order to do so, we will identify the current and future needs of the customers, partners, and society and take actions to make it happen.

The Guidelines for Conduct contain detailed actions that must be taken to achieve our corporate philosophy during the course of business activities by Group companies. They form the basis for actions and decisions made by organizations and employees in pursuing activities toward achievement of their targets.
Vision
- In addition to providing products tailored to customer needs, we work with customers and partners to generate new demand and create new value for society, by examining the future trends of industry and society and quickly focusing on new technologies.
- Proposals with an eye toward the future of customers and the world result in the provision of products truly indispensable to customers. These indispensable products require key materials, which in turn requires constant refining of creativity and perception to actualize customer needs.
Challenges
- Innovation that leads the future is born from new thinking. We will strongly persevere in pursuing new possibilities using knowledge and creative ingenuity, unbound by existing frameworks.
- We will be a Group of companies with the momentum to boldly tackle challenges posed by difficulty issues using a strong commitment to achieve our goals, unafraid of risks and failure.
Cooperation

Fully aware that fulfillment of this Code of Conduct is its responsibility, management will establish an effective governance structure and ensure thorough corporate ethics of the entire Group. If a violation of the Code of Conduct were to occur, we will strive to resolve the situation, identify the cause, and prevent recurrences in a form that is fully understood by society as well.
Group’s slogan
We have expressed our belief that chemistry is becoming increasingly indispensable in various fields, and that the power of chemistry can contribute to the sustainable development of the earth and the happiness of humankind.
- The corporate slogan "The Earth Continues, Connected by Chemistry!" is expressed by the infinity mark(Image of the earth on the left side and chemical structure formula on the right side), which represents infinity.
- The corporate colors of blue and green are used as the base color to create a bright and fresh impression.
Corporate Logo
Our corporate logo combines the letters "T" for TOA and "G" for GOSEI.The emphasis placed on "T" articulates the words "Trust" and "Technology."The corporate logo symbolizes our commitment to rich creativity based upon trust and technology.The "T" element expresses "power," the "G" loop "emotion" and the three circles new possibilities generated from this combination.
