Specification
General Characteristics
Grades | Features | Appearance | Average particle diameter (μm) | Heat-resisting property |
---|---|---|---|---|
ZS-200 | Completely inorganic and particulate grade | White powder | 1μm | >300℃ |
ZS-300 | Completely inorganic standard grade | White powder | 5μm | >300℃ |
Mechanism of action
Reduction effect by adsorbing and denaturing allergens
Effect
1 mg of AlleRemove was shaken in each allergen solution (100ng/mL) for 1 hour and then evaluated by ELISA.
Allergen reduction rate = (initial allergen amount - residual allergen amount) / initial allergen amount
Allergenic substances | ZS-200 | ZS-300 |
---|---|---|
Kona leopard mite Derf 2 | >99% | >99% |
Cedar pollen Cryj 1 | >99% | >99% |
Safety
AlleRemove is composed of highly safe ingredients.

Examples of processing
Application by spreading on textiles
Fabric treated with 3g/m2 of AlleRemove indicated superior aller‐substance reduction effect.
Anti-allergen processing method
A mixed cotton and acrylic fabric dried at 100℃ after being soaked in a dispersion liquid combining 20% AlleRemove with an NV20 acrylic binder so that the fabric absorbed 3g/m2 of AlleRemove.
Quantitative evaluation of anti-allergenic substances
The aller-substance reduction rate was measured by ELISA after 3 hours shaking the liquid containing 20 ng house dust material (Derf2) and 10 cm2 fabric.
Evaluation sample | Aller-subustance reduction rate |
---|---|
Processed fabric (unwashed) | >99% |
Processed fabric (washed) | >99% |
Untreated fabric | <10% |
Processing to UV coated film
PET films coated with UV paint containing AlleRemove showed excellent allergen reduction performance.
Anti-allergenic processing method
Anti-allergenic processing method
Acrylic UV paint containing 10wt% and 15wt% AlleRemove was applied to PET film at a film pressure of about 30 μm and cured by irradiation with a high pressure mercury vapor lamp.
Quantitative evaluation of anti-allergenic substances
The reduction rate of allergenic substances was measured by ELISA after shaking 25 cm2 of anti-allergic processed film with a solution containing 10 ng of cedar pollen allergen (Cryj1) at 23°C for 3 hours.
